Summary: This is a great hotel for families in Berlin. Across the street from the zoo and walking distance to U-Bahn and S-Bahn stations, as well as public buses. The hotel has a lovely pool and a great fitness center. We found the breakfast too pricey but otherwise the hotel was very affordable and comfortable. A great find in Berlin!

Summary: Nice hotel, and a great size for a junior suite for a small family. Our kids loved the pool, and the room was quiet in terms of outside noise. However a lot of small things did not work, like heated towel rack or the safe. And too many leftovers from previous guest underneath the masterbed (otherwise everything was clean). The location of the hotel is perfect. We are likely to return next year.

Summary: Steam sauna was out of order. Terrazza was littebit dirty. Pool could have some watermassageinstruments, cause those would fit there well and make the pool more arrtactive. Junior suite was fine.

Summary: An all-around great hotel—a beautiful pool, an excellent breakfast, a great location, and a striking, superbly curated art collection! The only downside: Unfortunately, pets aren't allowed. It would be nice if you could bring your dog along.

Summary: Breakfast was very good with a wide, fresh selection. Pool was large for a city hotel which the kids loved and all staff were very friendly and helpful.

Summary: Fabulous location for attractions and shopping, beautiful hotel, huge bed, spacious rooms, decent air conditioning. Lovely staff, so helpful when our flight out was cancelled and we arrived 12 hrs late. The hotel is very nice, clean, and quiet.

Summary: It was the hottest day in Berlin when we arrived but the staff were very nice. We enjoyed three day stay and the location was perfect. Only minutes away from restaurants and shopping district. I would stay here again for first time travellers.
